"Carlos develops home/auto bundle for me with greater coverage at $1000 lower than my current home owners policy. He worked with me for over a week answering any questions I had. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Sarah was amazing she stopped what she was doing to add a new vehicle to my coverage today, she answered my million questions and explained everything and also made sure I understood everything. I’ve moved 5 hours away to Seguin but I wouldn’t dream of changing insurance offices to someone local. They’ve been great over the last year, made sure I had reasonable rates for both home and auto policies. I always thought that places like State Farm and other name brand service providers would be too expensive so I almost didn’t call when I was looking for new homeowners coverage. I’m so glad I did. Everyone at State Farm are wonderful and very pleasant and patient whenever you call for whatever reason"
